Sep. 21st, 2013 07:53 pm[ the video feed turns on to the worried face of an Eevee, who then backs away to show her owner passed out in his bed and clearly not at the peak of health, if the flush on his face is any indication. there is a Glaceon sitting vigil by his head, however, pressing a paw to Akito's (or is is Agito's?) forehead to cool it down.
the rest of the bed is taken up by a Jolteon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Furret, all apparently very accustomed to cramming themselves onto the mattress.
he wakes up with a bit of struggle after a moment, sitting up (and dislodging Ram Jet the Glaceon from his perch) and blinking wearily at the Eevee who is messing with his PokéGear. he sounds just as tired as he looks, and is infinitely glad that tomorrow is their last day of work for a while. ]

Aug. 17th, 2013 07:55 pmSome eggs showed up while we were sleeping! Naka-chan and W-IND's, I think, since they seem the least confused about where they came from.
[ the video switches from Akito, who is holding his newly-hatched Chingling in one arm, to a Lampent hovering over two Eevee eggs and a Larvesta egg. ]
Spitfire is going to help them hatch quickly, so... Jack! Do you want an Eevee? We can't keep both eggs for ourselves.
[ IT'S HIS FIRST BATCH OF EGGS he is so excited. and confused. because really though where did they come from that is anatomically impossible. not that a Swablu carrying an 80lb teen is either, but still. ]

Anyone in Azalea who wants to watch an Eevee evolve via evolutionary stone had better get their asses by the entrance to Ilex Forest in fifteen minutes.
[ He seems less than thrilled to announce the invite, but Akito thought it would be a good learning experience to other newer trainers. And Agito just can't say 'no' to Akito. ]

This is Spitfire! He hatched this morning. A-T seems to like him, but Mikura isn't used to him yet...
[ Speaking of Mikura... The video moves to show the Sentret watching an Oshawott fumble around with its shell. Oshawott accidentally tosses it a few feet away, then scrambles after it to pick it back up. ]
I haven't found a good name for my Oshawott yet, but he hatched a few hours ago! He's been practicing with his little shell for the past hour.
[ Eventually, Oshawott fumbles his shell again but this time gets upset. Eyes watering, he runs over to Akito who is quick to hug him and bounce him lightly to try cheering him up. ]
He's getting much better at it already, ne? Soon he'll be able to beat up all the wild Pokémon! [ He's crooning at his Oshawott at this point, but doesn't care - it's making the little Pokémon happy enough that he squirms out of Akito's grasp to go back to playing with his shell. ]
Anyway! Ah... It is always this hot here? It's really hard to train to full potential in this kind of heat! Lots of trainers and Pokémon have been coming to the Pokémon centre with signs of heatstroke.

Eventually Akito decides that introductions are in order. When he speaks it's with a soft, feminine voice that matches his face.When will he hit puberty? We just don't know! ]
Ah... Hi! I'm Wanijima Akito, from Shinjuku, Tokyo. I'm sixteen! And in um... New Bark Town. So if it's like the original games' set-up then the route leading out of town would have Rattata and Pidgey, and maybe Spearow too, I think. I haven't played the games in a long time...
I haven't given my Eevee a nickname yet, but I was thinking of maybe calling it A-T. If it's like normal starters then it should be level five, which means that training in Route 29 for a while would be a good idea...
